Ordering
Just browse through our selection of exciting items and choose the item(s) you would like to purchase. Then add the item to your shopping cart and continue shopping or check out. That's it! It's that easy.
Cancelling
After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must email a Customer Service representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server powered by Yahoo. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit card information as a result of giving it to us over the Web.
Sales Tax
The Shih Tzu Store is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax for orders
which ship to addresses within the state of Georgia.
Sizing The coat & sweater sizes for the items offered on the site does is available on the sizing guide link on the product page of the item for sizing
Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from The Shih Tzu Store .
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any item, please return
it to us within 30 days from the ship date. We will make any changes you like,
including an exchange, or a refund. Shipping and handling
is non-refundable. We cannot accept for return any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. We cannot honor exchanges or returns for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion.
Please allow 15 business days to process your returns.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. Please securely pack your returned merchandise to protect it from damage during
shipping. Be sure to retain your shipping information and receipt for tracking
purposes to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. The Shih Tzu Store cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
Custom Order Policy
Please measure your pets properly and proofread any names carefully on engraved
items, as custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. These
include personalized items and special orders, as well as any item that is
noted as a custom order on the product page. Please note that custom made
items ship directly from our designers, so they may exceed traditional ship
times.

Shipping
We ship most of our orders via priority mail with delivery confirmation (3-5 business day delivery)and charge shipping fees based on the cost of the order (see chart below). Extra shipping charges may apply for Hawaii & Alaska..
Most items go out within 2-3 days if the item(s) are in stock. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified by email regarding the shipping time.
The Shih Tzu Store makes every effort to ensure timely delivery of all our products. For custom orders a shipping time is listed on the web page of your order, that is a custom order & will take the amount of time listed. For custom ordersyour credit card is charged at time of order processing and shipment will take the shipping time listed on the page.
2nd or 3rd DAY AIR:
Not all of our items can be shipped 2nd day air. Please just email or list on your order that you would like your order shipped 3rd day and we will respond if that is possible and with cost. Please keep in mind 2nd day air will approximately double or triple regular shipping charges and unfortunately cannot be done on items that are personalized or that have a specified shipping time period listed.
Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions
